BACKGROUND
This print is about celebrating the beginnings of a family unit (whatever shape or form that may take), and the role of nature in nurturing and sustaining us, enabling us to grow and flourish, and to nurture new life within ourselves and our families in turn.
+ Printing Method
Each print is individually pressed from a hand-carved lino block using the traditional burnishing method. The manual printing process enables texture to be incorporated into the design in a unique way, celebrating the handmade nature of traditional techniques.

This print is made using professional oil-based relief ink by Cranfield Colours on 100% acid-free paper. All the materials I use are of professional artist’s quality, making this artwork a genuine, long-lasting investment.
