BACKGROUND

This piece is for anyone who misses someone and wants to commemorate and honour the space that person has left behind. It is about the impact of grief and physical absence, and the way we are shaped by both love and loss.

The print is named after Queen Elizabeth II’s famous quote “Grief is the price we pay for love” which she said in response to the 9/11 attacks.

This print is from a numbered, limited edition of 100.
